This hotel is very close to the city center and within easy reach of Ragusa old town. The staff was very nice and provided me with a free city map and helpful recommendations. The room was spacious, clean, and had a modern decor. The hotel had free parking and provided a parking permit.

Exceptional: Great value, clean rooms, helpful staff. Loved exploring the surroundings and the discount at nearby restaurants. Just a short drive to the historical center.

Parking was so easy, I felt like I was in a game of musical chairs.

The room was spacious and clean, with a modern decor that was a pleasant surprise. the bed was comfortable and the shower was clean and had warm water. We also appreciated the fridge available in the room and the big bottle of water provided. the host was very helpful, providing us with a map of the city and plenty of recommendations for places to eat and visit. the location was great, with a mini market just a 2-minute walk away and easy access to the new town. the WiFi was also reliable and fast, which was a bonus.

Parking was a bit of a nightmare, as the streets were tiny and the parking voucher was confusing. It would have been helpful to have a map of the parking area to better understand where we could park.
